Mr. Rader founded Raland Therapeutics, Inc. in 2010 with a passion derived from personal experience. He created the company on the shoulders of Raland Technologies, the company he founded in 1998. He established strategic office locations and provided services to clients including Fortune 500 companies throughout the United States. Mr. Rader's dedicated efforts have assured the company's success and enabled it to become a highly respected and sought after solutions provider within the Life Science industry.

Prior to Raland Technologies, Mr. Rader worked in a variety of positions from Consultant and Senior Engineer to Vice President. Mr. Rader started his tenure in the early 1980's in the engineering sector of the U.S. Navy as a Nuclear Engineering Reactor Controls member of the Submarine Fleet.

Mr. Rader holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and is a member of many industry organizations including: ISPE, PDA, IEEE, Tech Council/MDBio, TechPoint and ISA.

Spenser serves as the Chief Medical Officer of Raland Therapeutics, Inc. working with the Scientific Advisors and directing discovery activity. Dr. Rosero is an Associate Professor of Medicine and Director of the Pacemaker Clinic. He also serves as Co-Director of the Hereditary Arrhythmia Clinic of the University of Rochester which is involved in the care of families with hereditary heart rhythm disorders such as Long QT Syndrome, Brugada's Syndrome, ARVD, and Idiopathic Ventricular Fibrillation. He joined the University of Rochester faculty in 2000 and is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology and Pacing.

Mr. Canning serves as an Executive VP for Raland Therapeutics, as well as President, CEO, and Managing Partner of Raland Technologies.

Dale has a 25 year history in communications and education, with vast experience in technical and scientific disciplines. He has managed or directly produced thousands of hours of media for various purposes, including product and service promotion, in-field product support, and human resource development for many Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to joining Raland in 2009, Dale was President and CEO of Premier Technical Services, Inc. As a co­-founder of Premier, Dale held various executive positions and was instrumental in growing and managing the company.

With a unique combination of skills, Dale prides himself on being a business executive with a great deal of technical acumen, particularly in the areas of high technology. He has produced award-winning video programs, designed and scripted a vast array of multimedia training programs, and managed millions of dollars worth of media development.

Dale is a 1988 Summa Cum Laude graduate of the San Diego Campus of National University, from which he received his Bachelor's of Business Administration.
